CubbyDeck publishes calculators, checklists and guides for childcare programs. There is no account to create and nothing to sign in to.

Calculator inputs

Every calculator on this site runs in your browser. Ratios, tuition figures, staff hours, child names on a daily sheet — none of it is sent to a server, stored, or logged. Close the tab and it is gone.

Analytics

We count page views with a privacy-first analytics script that sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you. It records the page, the referring site and a coarse country — nothing that identifies a person.

Sponsored content

Some articles on this site are sponsored placements. Where that is the case it is disclosed on the page itself. Sponsorship never changes the numbers in a calculator or the guidance in a guide.
