Privacy policy
What CubbyDeck collects, what it does not, and how the calculators on this site handle the numbers you type.
CubbyDeck publishes calculators, checklists and guides for childcare programs. There is no account to create and nothing to sign in to.
Calculator inputs
Every calculator on this site runs in your browser. Ratios, tuition figures, staff hours, child names on a daily sheet — none of it is sent to a server, stored, or logged. Close the tab and it is gone.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-18QSQ0PV6M) and Vercel Analytics to count page views and see which pages people find useful. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies in your browser — _ga and _ga_* — which hold a random identifier, and it records the page you viewed, the referring site, your approximate location from your IP address and your device and browser type. Google processes that data on our behalf and may use it to build a profile of a browser across sites that use its tags. Vercel Analytics is aggregate and sets no cookie.
To opt out, install Google's browser opt-out add-on, turn on your browser's tracking-protection setting, or block cookies for this site. Google does not act on a browser's Do Not Track signal, so that setting alone will not stop it. Nothing on this site needs a cookie to work — every calculator still runs with them blocked.
Sponsored content
Some articles and vendor listings on this site are paid placements. Payment buys presence, never the page’s verdict or a vendor’s ranking, and every vendor claim is checked against the vendor’s own documentation before it is published. A sponsor never sees anything about you.
